Integrative Coaching

Online coaching sessions are centered on the exploration and identification of patterns within the client’s entire system-patterns that are reflected through the physical body, lifestyle choices, core belief patterns, thoughts, and emotions. This approach recognizes that the mind and the body are not separate, and what the physical form is experiencing and expressing is directly influenced and informed by one’s inner world, or what can be called the ‘inner ecosystem ’.

Integrative coaching explores beliefs, values, emotions, habits, and perceptions through a non-pathologizing lens. The overriding assumption is that the client’s own self-energy carries its own innate wisdom and resources which can rebalance and restore homeostasis and well-being. Integrative coaching gently guides the participant in connecting with what is happening now and how they may relate to patterns from the past, those which may be present from personal experience, ancestral, or cultural burdens. In revealing and identifying these patterns, missing experiences then have an opportunity to be reclaimed, unfelt emotions to be expressed, belief patterns altered, and updated habits to be integrated.

This approach draws from a wide range of methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness practices, Voice Dialogue, and Hakomi therapy. The therapeutic focus relies on the power of self-healing mechanisms of the bodymind, safe relational connection, and compassionate witnessing.
